Product Return Policy

Apparel Returns: One Loud Voice accepts apparel returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged product for full refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase. Items received after 15 days will be refunded via store credit.

• Customers returning items due to product damage, incorrect order, or issues related to the responsibility of One Loud Voice, will receive a pre-paid return label to return the product they received.

• Customers returning items for reasons other than product damage or issues relating to the responsibility of One Loud Voice will be responsible for the return postage.

 

Event Deposit & Ticket Returns: Customers who have purchased event tickets or paid event deposits have 36 hours to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund. Requests to cancel after 36 hours will be reviewed based upon the circumstances of the request. If approved, returns may be subject to partial payment up to 50% of the original ticket price or deposit fee.
